Get involved, make change
If you want to have more involvement in your child’s education, these are a few ideas (I can help you if you need guidance):
Join the parents group or school management board.
Create a parents group in your school or daycare.
Organise parties with other parents.
Write letters to your city education division demanding improvements and highlighting the needs of your daycare or school.
Attend workshops and seminars organised by your city education division or by other organisations such as Vanhempainliitto or Mothers in Finland international.
